Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and creative awakening? 

Join my six-week course this September and October, designed to help women connect with their true creative selves through meditation, art, and empowerment!

What to Expect:

Meditation journeys to connect with your inner child and wiser older self 

Intuition tuning and trust exercises to find your essence

 Experimentation with mixed media, printing, painting, collaging, and journaling 

 Breaking free from limiting beliefs with affirmations and creative projects 

 Creating a piece of art to take home each session and a sketchbook to work in 

A special gift box of art supplies to take home 

Dates: Six sessions in September and October, dates: 8/9 15/9 22/9 29/9 13/10 and 20/10 at Assembly Arts, King Street, Lancaster, UK.

Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Price: £350 (includes all materials, tutoring, brews and snacks and a gift box of art supplies to use and take home.) for the full 6 sessions or £70 for individual sessions

Spaces are limited, this will be a small group of like minded women (6-8) where you will be gently guided and held in a safe space, where you can allow yourself to be you.
