Vegan cooking

I love cooking, being vegan really challenges me to learn about new foods, experiment with ingredients and be more creative around what we eat.

I eat things now that I couldn’t even imagine eating 20 years ago, and I love it, I love nourishing my body with wholesome plant based meals.

The yarden has blessed us with plenty of courgettes this year (since I did the penny trick on the soil to keep the snails off) and the herbs always grow well.

And it’s such a blessing having an organic vegan co-op Single Step near to us.
